1946: Placido Moretti, a pioneer in the baking industry, creates and patents the first electric oven for pastry in Pesaro, Italy. This innovation leads to the foundation of Brevetti Moretti.
1966: Moretti Forni snc is established, marking the beginning of the company’s success with modular gas ovens and ovens for ceramics, which help the company achieve European leadership in professional pizza and pastry ovens by the end of the 1980s.
1990: The company becomes Moretti Forni S.p.A., a public limited company, and starts forming partnerships with major distributors in the industry.
1995: The introduction of electronic ovens revolutionizes temperature regulation technology, significantly enhancing machine precision and performance.
2000: Moretti Forni expands globally, developing a range of new products to meet increasing foreign demand and offering complete solutions for pizzerias.
2003: The launch of the serieT conveyor oven series, featuring international patents and achieving high baking quality with low external surface temperatures.
