Display touch screen

7 inches LCD TFT color screen CAPACITIVE protected by a 5 mm thick glass, multi-touch functionality, long lasting in most environments, resistant to contact with water, dust and grease, equipped with a simple, intuitive and customizable interface, quick management of chef and user recipes, 500 programmable recipes, manages more than 30 languages, also equipped with night cooking programs.
Vision manages the oven's programs and functions in a complete and autonomous way.

Five cooking modes

Convection cooking, steam cooking, cooking with mixed convection and steam cycle, cooking with mixed convection and dry air cycle, cooking with mixed convection and humidification cycle.

Delayed start programming

Do you want to find the oven already warm at your arrival? Just select the "delayed start" function, choose the program and set the desired start time. Done!

Pre-loaded and online cookbook

Dozens of recipes and cooking programs available, some already stored in your new oven, others to be downloaded from our website with continuous updates. All programs and recipes are made and tested by our Masters, all strictly "Made in Italy". To expand or renew your offer and stay up to date on new trends.

Automatic chimney opening BakeDRY

Automatic management of the chimney with the possibility of partialization and programming of the opening time. This serves to have the steam/dry balance in the chamber always under control.

Automatic preheating

An essential function to guarantee perfect cooking. Bringing the oven to temperature before starting cooking has never been that easy, just start the desired program and the oven will automatically reach the cooking temperature, signaling when it is ready and maintaining the temperature until the moment of baking.

Delayed cooking programming

To run a cooking with delayed start over time, simply select the "delayed start" function, choose the program, set the desired time for starting and activate the "no preheating" option. Done!

Cooking chamber automatic cooling

Automatically suggested and executed by the oven when switching from a high temperature cooking to one with a lower temperature, it ensures the maximum versatility and effectiveness of our ovens, avoiding errors and optimizing production times.

Manual mode

The precision of the electronics, the simplicity and clearness of the VISION control panel icons, the freedom to set and change whatever you want, whenever you want. With this cooking mode you can choose and control all the functions of the oven, always. Before and during cooking. And the result will be exactly what you want.

Customized programs mode

With this function you can easily and quickly create your personalized cooking programs. You will have up to 10 cooking phases available, in each one you can manage all the parameters in a different way: time, temperature in the chamber or probe, delta T, dry/steam balance and fans speed, and give your work a name and a picture. For unique but repeatable results at any time, even when you're not there.

Preset programs mode

Choose the program by scrolling through the images, click and start. You will just have to wait for the preheating phase to finish, bake and let the oven do the rest. The end of cooking signal will warn you that the program has finished, and you can then take the bake out of the oven and serve. And, if you want to know more, you can consult the information and suggestions available on the video for each program.

USB connection

Using a simple USB key, over 300 recipes can be downloaded from the internet.
The oven provides space for 1000 personal recipe programs, which can be saved and transferred to other appliances of the BAKE OFF line, using a simple USB key.
The quality and safety of your cooking will always be guaranteed, the programmed Chef Mode allows users to save their favorite recipes and repeat them in all laboratories in the world equipped with one of our BAKE OFF models.

Storage, viewing* and exportation of cooking data (haccp)

Everything happening inside the oven is monitored and recorded continuously. Date and time, performed program, temperature in the chamber, dry/steam balance, ventilation, temperature at the product core, elapsed time, alerts and error signals can be viewed* on the oven screen and can be exported for subsequent processing or printing via the USB connection.

Program blocking with password

To avoid accidental or erroneous changes to the stored cooking programs, it is possible to enter a protection password that blocks the access to programming while still letting the program free to be used.

Five fan speeds and semi-static cooking

The five fan speeds our models are equipped with ensure the right air speed for cooking each product. The precise adjustment of the fan speed allows you to control the flow of warm air suitable for each type of cooking, moving from the most aggressive to the most delicate with a simple touch.
The fan stop, regulated by the electronics that controls the chamber, allows cooking in semi-static mode without losing the advantages of convection. The Fan Inversion System allows perfect distribution of warm air in the cooking chamber, and, thanks to the five speeds, you will always have the air adjusted according to the food to be cooked; perfect also for the cooking of more delicate products.

Adaptive steam pressure and chamber saturation control

With the adaptive control you will always have the right amount of steam and the correct pressure in the chamber. At any temperature. The right balance of all the elements guarantees steam cooking that would be impossible with a traditional oven and allows you to have the best result from your dishes in terms of flavor, color, texture and nutritional values.

Rack automatic lift for Rotorbake

With an automatic lifting system of the rack designed and built to last overtime without the need for lubrication or continuous maintenance, in our Rotorbake it is possible to insert very heavy racks without any effort and without "shaking" the product.

Double low emissive glass

The attention of our engineers is focused on energy efficiency and increasingly restrictive European standards that demand for low-emissivity glass increases. The low-emissivity glass is equipped with a coating that effectively counteracts the heat loss, K Glass™ offers significantly higher performances in terms of thermal insulation, as well as good energy saving results thus reducing costs. The internal glass can be opened and easily cleaned.

Double-closing door and double gasket

To ensure the maximum sealing of temperature and steam inside the chamber, reducing consumption and cooking times, the door of our Rotorbake ovens can be equipped with a double rubber + steel gasket and a double closure.
