One Size Fits Most!

In order to capture the heat and steam that is released by an oven’s rear exhaust and front door, the hood of a kitchen is commonly asked to extend beyond the oven's length.

Moretti has designed the Series S with this in mind and has canalized hoods for this very reason. At the top of the hood towards the center back, there is an orifice through which all the exhaust is funneled. The hood must not be removed.

The Series S ovens have their exhaust placed near the center of the hood, allowing them to fit well beneath hoods of different sizes, falling within the requirements of pre-existing hoods in restaurants.

IMPORTANT! Every county needs to be consulted as the parameters for permits and restrictions vary from county to county.
